Bookings and availability?
Please contact me via email or phone to discuss my availability, I am always happy to consider a short notice ceremony providing I have the date available. As soon as you have a date in mind, I would recommend contacting me and getting it booked in, I will hold your date for up to 10 days, allowing us to meet and for you to make a final decision.
Postponement?
Any necessary postponement will be honoured, providing there is the availability to do so. If you need to postpone, we will need to discuss new dates to ensure I am available, otherwise cancellation fees will apply. Postponement beyond a 12 month period may incur a small additional charge to reflect price increases.
Cancellation?
Unless there are extenuating circumstances, should you wish to cancel your ceremony after the initial 14 day period and prior to 28 days before the event, your initial payments will be charged. Should you cancel less than 28 days prior to the event, the full fee will be charged.
What areas do you cover?
I am based on the Surrey / Hampshire / West Sussex border. However, I am willing to travel for celebratory ceremonies. For funerals and memorials I cover all cremetoria and burial grounds in Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex, South West London and South West Middlesex.
What are your fees?
Funeral or memorial services: £250
Pet Funerals: £200
Wedding celebrations from £750
Other ceremonies are priced accordingly from £500.
Every ceremony is bespoke to your requirements and a total price will be given before any commitment is made by yourself.
Travelling and hotel fees will be charged additionally if applicable.

You will only be asked for personal information relevant to your ceremony. All personal information provided will only be used by myself and exclusively used to plan and conduct your ceremony. The information will not be shared with anyone else without your consent.
